This portable high chair has a three point safety harness and tether strap for security. There's no assembly required, so you can take it out of the box and use it immediately. An easy to install cushion is sold separately for extra padding, as well as a handy travel carrier. Cleaning is basically as easy as it gets: take a wet towel and wipe clean.
