Our Review of the Combi Chop Sticks
These specially designed Chopsticks from Combi are an excellent way to teach your child the fine art of eating without a fork, or their fingers. They are constructed of a high-grade, machine-washable plastic with a special rubber grip that serves as an aid to their education in proper food ingestion.
Recommended for ages 3 and up, the innovative design of Combi's Chopsticks eliminates the use of rubber bands and folded paper when teaching your children the proper use of Hashi. The removable rubber grip and joint piece are part of a 3-stage process that systematically enables your child's learning. Reaching stage 3 means they're ready for the real thing!
- Step 1: Child uses the orange or green training bridge to encourage your child to hold the chopsticks properly by using the thumb, forefinger and middle finger.
- Step 2: Remove the bridge so that your child can properly use the chopsticks by using the correct fingers
- Step 3: Remove the circular yellow piece when your child has completely mastered the art of eating with chopsticks.

When we eat out at Japanese restaurants, these help our 20 month old feel like he's eating with everyone else! He also eats more, because they're so much fun!!
